SHIPPING

SHIP TO CLINIC OPTION

Online orders are shipped and delivered to Deep South Animal Clinic at no additional charge. Your order will be ready for pick up within 2 - 3 business days of submitting your order. 

**DELAYS MAY OCCUR DUE TO WEATHER AND/OR UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL**

When your order is ready to be picked up, you will be notified via the email address registered to your account. Pick up hours are Monday through Friday 8am - Noon, 1pm - 5pm, Saturdays 8am - Noon. These pick up times are subject to change due to Statuatory Holidays and reduced summer weekend hours. 

We appreciate timely pick-ups, within 5 days or less.

SHIP TO RESIDENCE OPTION

Orders can be shipped and delivered right to your door (depending on Purolator's shipping policies). This option will have additional shipping charges that will be calculated at check out. Ship To Residence will not deliver to a PO Box,  only to a physical street address. 

For this option, select "Ship to your residence" while checking out. Your shipping costs will be included in your order. You are responsible to ensure your address is correctly entered and that your purchase can be delivered to a safe and secure location.

Deep South Animal Clinic is not responsible for orders lost, stolen, frozen, melted, or otherwise comprimised when shipped to residence. 

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
